4. Payment & Billing

  • All services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

  • We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other approved methods.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

  • Refunds are governed by our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee policy (only applicable to shared and WordPress hosting plans, excluding add-ons and domain fees).

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Hosting pornographic or adult content

  • Activities that overload server resources or disrupt other users

6. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if:

  • You violate our AUP

  • Payment is overdue

  • Your account poses a security threat

  • You engage in fraudulent activities

7. Data & Backup Policy

  • While we perform regular backups, users are responsible for their own data.

  • We are not liable for data loss due to user error, software issues, or third-party actions.

  • Backup restoration may incur additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

HostNestle shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Downtime due to maintenance, DDoS attacks, or unforeseen outages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Issues arising from third-party software or services

9. Support Policy

  • Support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp (+917607541338), email, and ticketing system.

  • Support covers server-related issues but does not include custom code debugging, theme/plugin development, or website design assistance.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
